Yard Supervisor

• Supervise daily yard operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient container handling activities.
• Monitor container movement, stacking, loading/unloading, and yard utilization.
• Coordinate and manage yard operators and other operational teams.
• Monitor daily operational performance and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure all yard activities are carried out according to SOP, safety, and operational standards.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Operations, Transport, Customer Service, and Maintenance.
• Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and yard capacity to support operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in yard operations, container depot, terminal, logistics, or related industry.
• Experience in container yard operations is highly preferred.
• Have experience supervising and managing an operational team.
• Good understanding of container handling, yard management, and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to work shift and be placed at Cakung, Jakarta.
