Yard Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Yard Supervisor to join our successful team and work alongside our current Head Man.

The role will involve supervising and organising yard staff, managing daily workloads and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day care of the horses, including feeding, administering medication, bandaging and general horse care. A good practical knowledge of horse health and welfare is essential, as you will be expected to regularly monitor the horses and identify and report any concerns promptly.

The successful candidate will be reliable, hard-working and well organised, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. You will be confident taking responsibility, managing staff and ensuring high standards of horse care and yard management are maintained at all times.

This is a high-responsibility position and would suit an experienced yard professional or someone looking to take the next step in their career.
