Behind every tour is a team keeping trailers, production equipment, and daily operations ready to go. We’re looking for a dependable, ambitious person to join our warehouse and yard team, help with hands-on work, and learn skills that can lead to a long-term career with our company.

About the Position

This is an entry-level general labor position supporting our warehouse and trucking yard. You’ll help unload production equipment, move materials, organize the property, and assist with basic trailer maintenance.

You do not need to know everything coming in. We’re willing to teach someone who shows up, works hard, follows directions, and wants to learn. This role focuses on warehouse work, yard work, and trailers rather than truck or tractor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload production equipment, supplies, and other materials.
• Move and organize equipment using pallet jacks and, after training and certification, forklifts.
• Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Perform general yard work, cleanup, and other hands-on labor tasks.
• Assist with basic trailer maintenance and repairs, such as replacing trailer lights, as training and skill levels allow.
• Help prepare trailers and equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.
• Work with supervisors and teammates on changing daily priorities.

Warehouse, forklift, trailer maintenance, construction, or general labor experience is helpful, but prior experience is not required. We can provide forklift training and certification.

Pay, Training & Career Growth

Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
