Yard Worker

Position Overview:

R&N Landscape Supply is looking for a reliable, hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and combines equipment operation, customer service, and hands-on yard work. Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and other machinery safely and efficiently (training provided as needed)

Assist customers by loading materials, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard environment

Perform general labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, and basic maintenance

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Previous experience operating heavy equipment is a plus, but not required

Customer Service Experience

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
