Responsibilities

• Manage and update financial records within the YARDI Breeze from Quick book Online
• Perform detailed account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify transaction accuracy across multiple accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Conduct regular auditing of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure integrity of all financial information.
• Assist with budgeting, account analysis, and financial reporting to provide insights for decision-making.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Yardi breeze /Voyage, or similar platforms to streamline bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with accounting software including YARDI & QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable management, and account reconciliation techniques.
• Familiarity with corporate finance practices such as budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Prior experience in financial services or real estate accounting is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
