We are partnering with a global real estate investment manager in their search for a Yardi Development consultant to lead on the configuration and development of Yardi implementations into several fund operating models.

This role will be key to the design and implementation of Yardi through its integration and operational activation and work close with fund accounting and investor relations team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Yardi implementations, upgrades and module deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, standards and quality oversight.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, budgets, vendors and senior stakeholder communications.
• Design and maintain integrations across the wider finance technology ecosystem.
• Lead testing, data migration, reconciliation, cutover and post-launch support.
• Deliver SQL, reports, interfaces, data extracts and platform enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and specifications.
• Configure Yardi for accounting, operating models, workflows and reporting.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Yardi implementations in complex real estate organisations
• Available on short notice to start role before the end of 2026
• Technical knowledge of Yardi including the system configuration, workflow setup and reporting and implementation methods
• Hands on SQL knowledge the ability to review scripts and queries to troubleshoot complex issues
• Track record of leading data migrations, integrations across finance systems
