Yardman/Loader Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a Certified Yardman/Loader to join our team at our Penrose plant in Auckland.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for loading materials, maintaining a safe and well-presented yard, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the plant. Flexibility is important, as start times may vary to meet operational requirements.

No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in ensuring our plant operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Bring

• Current NZ Class 2 Licence or higher with WTR endorsements

• Flexibility to work varying shifts

• Experience carrying out basic maintenance inspections on loaders and plant equipment is desirable, but not essential

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and high personal standards

• Commitment to health, safety, and safe work practices

• A team-first approach and willingness to support others
