This is a full-time, permanent position working with motivated middle-school students in a modern, values-based learning environment.
You will deliver engaging face-to-face teaching while helping students develop the confidence, independence and learning habits they need as they move towards secondary education.
As students begin working with specialist teachers through online learning, you will play an important role in supporting their transition, building their confidence and helping them take greater ownership of their learning.

- Support students as they transition into specialist secondary subjects
- Work closely with support staff and teachers across the wider school network
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and the wider school community
About You

You will also bring:

- A calm, structured and student-focused teaching style
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using technology to support teaching and learning
- A genuine interest in developing independent and resilient learners
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider school community

- Small classes with motivated and respectful students
- Supportive leadership and a collaborative teaching team
- Modern resources and a technology-enabled learning environment
- Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities
- Health insurance
