In this full-time position based in Melaka, you will apply your expertise in process engineering to drive continuous improvement and deliver top-quality results for the organisation.

Job description

1. Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process optimisation and yield improvement
2. Design and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, increase throughput, and minimise waste
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
4. Develop and maintain process control systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards
5. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
6. Document and report on process performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Job requirements

1. Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a process engineering or yield engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive process improvements
4. Familiarity with process control systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
6. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
