Yield Technician

Our client is an established global manufacturer of advanced components and semiconductor materials, delivering high-performance technological solutions for the automotive, industrial, and high-tech electronic sectors worldwide.

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Yield Management Technician to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will work closely with process, test, product, and quality engineers to monitor production yield, assist in issue investigations, and support manufacturing process improvements in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

• Process & Yield Support: Collect production data, perform preliminary data reviews using established engineering templates, and flag abnormalities.
• Line Support & Investigation: Assist engineers in executing hands-on tests during production line issues and compile data for root-cause analysis.
• Variability Reduction: Execute line-stability tasks to support Defense Line enhancements under engineer guidance.
• Documentation: Keep detailed logs of data and prepare clear documentation for ongoing project milestones.

the experience.

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Material Science).
• Graduates from GMI, MFI, JMTI, or equivalent technical institutions are strongly encouraged to apply!
• Basic data extraction skills, familiarity with analysis tools/templates, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience or exposure to semiconductor manufacturing (Frontend/Backend) is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working on a 12-hour shift structure.
