Yoga Instructor

Join our dynamic team as a passionate Yoga Instructor dedicated to inspiring and guiding individuals on their wellness journey. In this role, you'll lead engaging and safe yoga classes that promote flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead group yoga classes for participants of all skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety
• Demonstrate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques with clarity and confidence
• Develop tailored yoga programs that align with clients’ individual needs and fitness levels
• Provide motivational coaching to encourage progress and maintain participant engagement
• Monitor participants’ form and offer modifications or adjustments to prevent injury
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming class environment
• Stay updated on the latest yoga trends, biomechanics, anatomy knowledge, and health & safety protocols such as CPR and AED operation

Experience

• Proven experience teaching yoga classes in a professional setting or gym environment
• Certification in Yoga instruction from an accredited organization is required; additional certifications in Pilates, Body Mechanics, or Fitness Industry experience are a plus
• Background in group fitness classes with strong client communication skills
• Experience with health club operations, fitness sales, coaching clients on exercise routines, and delivering excellent customer service in a gym setting
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly while providing personalized feedback to enhance client progress

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 5.0 per week
