Role Description The Yoga Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al ‘Ulá, responsible for delivering high-quality yoga sessions within corporate wellness programs and sports events. Day-to-day tasks include planning and leading group classes, adapting sequences to different fitness levels, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. The instructor will collaborate with the events and wellness teams to integrate yoga into broader activities, contribute to program design, and provide guidance on breathing, alignment, and mindfulness techniques. The role also involves engaging with clients and participants, gathering feedback, and helping promote ongoing participation and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, with proficiency in styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa.
• Candidates should possess Teaching skills to design sessions, guide participants, and adapt classes to varied levels and needs.
• Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills to motivate participants, explain techniques, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Recognized yoga teacher training certification (e.g., 200-hour or equivalent) and experience leading group classes.
• Knowledge of safe practice, anatomy basics, and the connection between physical activity and mental well-being.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with events, and to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Experience in corporate wellness or event-based instruction is an advantage; familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s cultural context is beneficial.
