Are you passionate about yoga and fitness? Do you love motivating others and creating a serene, empowering atmosphere? Our gym is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor to lead engaging and rejuvenating yoga classes for our members!

Position: Yoga Instructor
Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct dynamic yoga classes for a diverse group of participants.
• Design and implement thoughtful yoga sequences that cater to all skill levels.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters mindfulness and relaxation.
• Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure all members can practice safely.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and supportive atmosphere throughout each session.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to gym policies.
• Assist in promoting yoga classes to enhance member engagement and participation.
• Stay updated on yoga trends and techniques to continually enrich classes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various yoga styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, etc.).
• Certification in Yoga Instruction, Group Fitness, or a related field is a plus.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and guide members of all skill levels.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

This is an in-person role at our Los Angeles facility. Instructors must be flexible with their availability to accommodate client needs, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position involves a combination of structured class schedules and dynamic client interactions.
