Yonyou ERP Project Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT implementation projects and manage support & maintenance contracts for mission-critical systems serving enterprise clients, including government departments and the Hong Kong International Airport.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure — ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery
• Manage support & maintenance contracts including SLA management, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement
• Serve as primary client contact; manage stakeholder expectations, progress reporting, and steering committees
• Lead cross-functional project teams; assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and mentor team members
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues with recommended actions
• Coordinate third-party vendors and subcontractors for seamless delivery
• Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, change requests, and post-implementation reviews

About you

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• At least 3 years as Project Manager or Team Lead in IT system implementation projects and support & maintenance of mission-critical systems
• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
• Certification or experience with one or more of the following applications: YonYou ERP — enterprise resource planning implementation and support, Kingdee ERP — enterprise resource planning implementation and support
• Government / Airport project experience
• ITIL / ITSM knowledge
