YOUGHURT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

• Assist with the preparation and processing of milk and other yoghurt ingredients.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to approved production procedures.
• Operate and assist with basic yoghurt production equipment and machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist with filling, sealing, labelling, and packaging finished yoghurt products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.
• Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Properly store raw materials and finished products according to required conditions.
• Report equipment faults, production issues, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist with stock monitoring.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
