This program offers exposure to multiple business areas, real client projects, and continuous learning opportunities. From day one, you will benefit from structured onboarding, hands-on project work, mentorship, and ongoing performance development.

You will rotate across key Slimstock functions, gaining a broad understanding of our business and identifying where your strengths and ambitions truly lie.

What You Will Do

• Participate in a structured onboarding and training phase.

• Gain hands-on experience through 3-month rotations across key areas, including:

• Consulting

• Pre-Sales

• Sales

• Work on client-facing projects that make an impact.

• Learn directly from experienced professionals and mentors.

• Take ownership of your personal development and career path.

Who You Are

• Recent graduate or early-career professional.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, international environment.
• Motivated to explore different roles and grow quickly.
• Experience with MS SQL Server (preferred).

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the above fields is essential.
• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics is a strong advantage.
