Club Kids Need YOU! The Boys & Girls Club of Alton is seeking passionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Youth Development Staff. In this role, you will work directly with Club members ages 6–18, helping to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities include planning and leading daily activities, providing supervision, and serving as a positive role model and mentor for a specific age group.

This position is ideal for individuals who have a genuine passion for working with youth and an interest in child development, education, or social services. Previous experience in childcare, youth programs, or family services is a plus, but not required. All selected candidates will participate in the Boys & Girls Club training program to ensure they are equipped to make a meaningful impact.

This is a part-time, Monday through Friday position aligned with our After School Program hours of 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the opportunity to continue into our Summer Program (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Whether you are a college student, aspiring educator, or someone looking to make a difference, this is a rewarding opportunity to help develop and inspire the next generation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.47 - $19.26 per hour
