What they need

**Join Trinity Boston Connects (TBC)**Trinity Boston Connects (TBC) is a social justice nonprofit focused on healing the impact of systemic racism on youth of color and creating a more equitable Boston for youth to thrive. Specifically, we are looking for somebody who is service-oriented, has a growth mindset and can default to gratitude.

The Organization

The mission of Trinity Boston Connects is to heal the traumatic impact of systemic racism on youth of color in Boston and create a more equitable city in which they can thrive. TBC integrates Trauma-Informed Care, Restorative Justice, and Racial Equity across 3 programs—Sole Train (after school), Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP) (out of school), and Circle Keepers (during school). TBC believes that healing the traumatic impact of systemic racism requires the inclusion of three Community Practices: Trauma Informed Care, Restorative Justice, and Racial Equity.

About the RoleIn this position, you will facilitate and teach restorative and conflict resolution practices across the YDL pathway at schools and organizations. This position will be responsible for supporting TBC’s school and organization relationships. This role integrates therapeutic and mental health best practices, including group-based and peer-to-peer support models. The work includes leading circles across TBC’s programs, managing interns, supporting a culture of care, resilience, and connection. Ideal candidates will be grounded in racial equity and trauma-informed practice, with a deep belief in the healing power of community.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, self-sufficient, and enjoys working with youth. You do not need to be an expert on youth or running or restorative justice expert — but you must have a learner mindset, be comfortable with feedback, and aligned that relationships are levers to this work.
