Youth Programmes & Camp Operations Executive

About the role

This role puts you at the heart of youth engagement and campsite operations. You will divide your time between programme design and training administration at Bishan HQ, and running hands-on events on-site at Sarimbun Scout Camp. You will be part of a team that shares the load, rotates duties, and supports your growth including on-the-job facility training.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run, and facilitate outdoor adventure training programmes, stayover camps, and leadership activities for youths, schools, and community partners
• Manage client bookings and coordinate logistics including meals, equipment, and trainer deployment
• Ensure smooth on-site execution during camp runs
• Respond to program enquiries, draft simple proposals and quotations, and liaise with schools, volunteers, and community partners
• Keep administrative records up to date, collect post-event feedback, and help refine safety procedures and camp workflows

About you

• Enjoy physical, on-the-go work and outdoor adventure such as hiking and camping
• Genuinely care about youth development
• Comfortable splitting time between Bishan HQ and Sarimbun Scout Camp
• Open to overnight stays during camp runs (when required) and flexible with Tuesday–Saturday work shifts
• Diploma or Degree in Outdoor Education, Sports, Events, Youth Work, or Social Sciences
• Experience running youth groups or outdoor activities is a strong plus
• Clear communicator and organized with event logistics
• Fluent in basic office tools such as Google Workspace or MS Office
