Youth Rainbow Six Siege Coach

Do you have strong Rainbow Six Siege knowledge and a passion for developing young competitors? Valhallan Esports Training is seeking a responsible and team-oriented Youth Rainbow Six Siege Coach for our Southeast Las Vegas arena.

This position focuses on helping players improve their communication, strategic thinking, teamwork, and competitive decision-making. Our coaches guide athletes through structured, age-appropriate training while reinforcing leadership, discipline, accountability, and good sportsmanship.

At Valhallan, we aren't simply teaching kids how to play video games. We teach, train, develop, and grow athletes through gaming, helping them turn passion into purpose and skills developed in esports into skills they can carry into college, careers, and the real world.

Key Responsibilities

Rainbow Six Siege Coaching: Lead structured practices focused on operator roles, map knowledge, site setup, utility management, positioning, rotations, communication, and coordinated team strategy.

Competitive Team Development: Help players understand team roles, develop effective callouts, review match performance, and prepare for organized competition.

Presentations and Instruction: Deliver strategy presentations, demonstrations, drills, map reviews, and VOD analysis for different experience levels.

Curriculum Delivery: Learn and deliver Valhallan’s structured, STEM-certified training and character-building programs.

Character Development: Teach leadership, accountability, communication, patience, adaptability, problem-solving, and respect.

Computer Setup and Cleanup: Boot up PCs, launch required titles, verify settings, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and maintain an organized arena.

Parent Communication: Professionally communicate with parents about athlete development, participation, team expectations, and league schedules.

Marketing and Community Support: Support trial sessions, arena events, competitions, and outreach activities designed to grow the local esports community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Rainbow Six Siege operators, maps, utility, site execution, defensive setups, rotations, and competitive strategy
• Competitive team or ranked experience is preferred
• Coaching, shot-calling, team leadership, or VOD review experience is a plus
• Previous experience working with children or teenagers is highly valued
• Mature, patient, dependable, and able to model appropriate behavior
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Basic PC gaming setup and troubleshooting knowledge
• Must be able to pass a standard background check
