Youth Worker (Course Developement)

主修科目 Study Fields :
Bachelor's degree or above in social sciences, project management, marketing, communications, business administration, education, or other related fields

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Strong project management skills

- Strong market and business sense for social good

- Highly organised, responsible and dependable, with strong multitasking and time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English

- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work as part of a team but also independently, proactively and confidently on projects you will be in charge of.

- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.

- Ability to manage administrative workflows.

- Experience in social media platform management, graphic design and website management is advantageous

- Experience in liaising with external parties, like schools and corporates is advantageous

- Interest in youth culture, health and wellness, and social impact is preferred
