We are seeking a confident, articulate, and engaging YouTube Anchor / Podcast Host who can present video content, host interviews, and lead meaningful conversations for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect naturally with guests and audiences.

The candidate should be comfortable presenting prepared content, conducting interviews, guiding discussions, and collaborating with the content production team to create engaging and high-quality videos and podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and other digital content.
• Prepare scripts, presentation notes, and discussion points in coordination with the content team.
• Interview guests and lead conversations in a smooth, engaging, and professional manner.
• Maintain a confident, expressive, and professional on-camera presence.
• Work closely with the production and video editing teams to ensure smooth content creation.
• Research relevant topics, current trends, and audience interests to improve content quality.
• Adapt presentation style and communication according to the subject, target audience, and digital platform.
• Deliver content clearly and confidently during both recorded and live sessions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in anchoring, hosting, podcasting, presenting, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and conversational skills.
• A confident personality with a professional and engaging on-camera presence.
• Ability to think on your feet and respond naturally during interviews and discussions.
• Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats.
• A positive attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to learn and improve.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
