What we are looking for
Bachelors degree/Masters degree (preferably MBA) /BTech
Comfortable working in the night shift
What you will get

- Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Ability to learn & work in a fast-paced environment
High business acumen with keen focus on profitability
Hands on experience Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus
