About the Role

We're looking for a YouTube Customer Support Specialist to support content creators and help them get the most value from the platform.

You'll answer customer questions, assist with onboarding, troubleshoot concerns, and provide practical guidance on YouTube content, channels, and growth.

The ideal candidate understands YouTube, enjoys helping creators, and can explain recommendations clearly and simply.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and creator inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide support related to YouTube channels, content, features, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and available resources.
• Provide basic guidance on content ideas, titles, thumbnails, audience engagement, and channel growth.
• Help customers understand their channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively address concerns.
• Identify recurring questions or issues and recommend improvements to support resources and processes.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and how the platform works.
• Familiarity with YouTube content creation, channel management, or creator best practices.
• Basic understanding of YouTube growth, content strategy, titles, thumbnails, engagement, and analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable explaining concepts to customers with different levels of experience.
• Customer-focused and genuinely interested in helping creators succeed.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple requests, and learn new platforms quickly.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with YouTube creators.
• Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel.
• Familiarity with YouTube Analytics or creator-focused platforms.
• Experience providing YouTube strategy or content guidance.
• Experience supporting US-based or international customers.
• SaaS or technology industry experience.
• Experience with customer onboarding or training.

Job Offer:

• $528 (20 hrs/ week) OR
• $1056 (40 hrs/ week)

Please note that for this application, all hired applicants are required to submit a Police Clearance or NBI Clearance as part of our onboarding requirements.

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
