Youtube Executive

We are looking for a creative and multi-skilled YouTube Executive who can independently manage the visual, video, and content requirements of our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic designing, video editing, YouTube CMS/channel management, SEO, and social media posting, preferably within the media and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

• Create music posters, YouTube thumbnails, film/trailer thumbnails, movie posters, OTT posters, logos, banners, and other digital creatives.
• Design attractive and engaging thumbnails to improve clicks and audience engagement.
• Develop cinematic visuals for music, movies, and OTT content.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative assets.
• Create trend-driven and visually appealing designs for digital campaigns.

Video Editing

• Edit music videos, trailers, reels, and YouTube content.
• Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, and sound elements as required.
• Optimize videos for audience engagement and viewer retention.
• Ensure videos are aligned with current entertainment, music, film, and OTT trends.

YouTube Channel Management

• Upload, schedule, and manage videos on YouTube.
• Handle YouTube CMS and complete channel management activities.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and other metadata for SEO.
• Monitor YouTube Analytics and track channel performance.
• Identify trends, viral formats, and audience behavior to improve content performance.

Social Media Management

• Post and manage content across social media platforms.
• Repurpose YouTube content into reels, shorts, and other social media formats.
• Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms
