What they need
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
We are looking for a YouTube Growth Associate who understands what makes content work on YouTube and can help channels grow consistently.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies Research trends, topics and competitors Analyse channel and video performance Identify opportunities to improve views, retention and engagement Work on video titles, thumbnails and content positioning Track analytics and turn insights into actionable changes Stay updated with YouTube trends, formats and algorithm changes Work closely with the content team to improve overall performance
What we’re looking for: 6 months to 2 years of relevant YouTube experience Hands on experience managing or growing YouTube channels Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and audience behaviour Good understanding of titles, thumbnails, retention and CTR Strong research and analytical skills Someone who can take ownership and work independently A strong interest in content and the creator economy
Past YouTube experience is a must.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
