TechZnap Innovative Solutions

We are looking for a
Manual Script Writer
to hand-craft high-retention English scripts for our "Creative AI" YouTube channels.
In a world flooded with AI-generated text, we believe the
human voice
still wins. If you can write words that hook a viewer in the first 5 seconds, hold them through the middle, and make them
feel
something by the end—this role is for you. You won't just be writing scripts; you'll be engineering attention. You will be the psychological architect behind every video our audience can't scroll past.
Core Responsibilities

Hook Engineering:
Open every script with scroll-stopping hooks that trigger curiosity, tension, or desire within the first few seconds—because if the hook fails, nothing else matters.

Psychological Pacing:
Structure scripts around how the human brain actually watches—using open loops, pattern interrupts, and "but wait" moments to fight the urge to click away.

Marketing-Driven Writing:
Write with persuasion in mind. Turn features into benefits, benefits into desire, and desire into action (subscribe, watch next, try the tool).

Emotional Storytelling:
Tap into viewer motivations—the fear of falling behind, the thrill of a shortcut, the satisfaction of "finally getting it"—and weave them naturally into the narrative.

Spoken-Word Crafting:
Write for the
ear
, not the page. Short sentences. Natural rhythm. Words that sound effortless when read aloud.

Zero-Fluff Discipline:
Respect the viewer's time. Every line earns its place or gets cut.

Collaboration:
Work closely with editors and presenters to make sure the script's emotional beats land visually.

Skills & Qualifications

Native-Level English:
Confident, fluent, and natural written English—the kind that reads like a person talking, not a textbook.

Marketing Instinct:
You understand persuasion. You know the difference between "explaining" and "selling," and you can do both.

Psychological Awareness:
You intuitively understand
why
people keep watching—curiosity gaps, emotional triggers, and the dopamine of "what happens next."

YouTube Native:
A deep understanding of retention, pacing, and how top creators structure their videos to dominate the algorithm.

Self-Starter:
Excellent organizational skills and the discipline to hit deadlines consistently in an office environment.

Tech-Curious:
Comfortable understanding (or quickly learning) AI tools so you can write about them with genuine clarity.

Mandatory Application Step
Applicants must complete a short test task—writing a script for a specific Creative AI video. Details provided upon review.
