Youtube Specialist

We are currently seeking a Youtube Specialist.

As part of the ONErpm team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented group of professionals, connect with new people, and explore fresh creative proposals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analysis of the music streaming landscape and YouTube ecosystem, including user trends, platform features, and competitor activity
• Strategy Development: Developing and implementing a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy aligned with core business objectives.
• Campaign Execution: Creating and executing data-driven campaigns to boost user acquisition, engagement, and conversions across YouTube and other video streaming platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Analyzing platform and channel performance metrics to identify potential areas for optimization.
• Reporting & Insights: Consolidating performance reports related to implemented marketing strategies to guide and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monetization & Growth: Evaluating channel growth and evolution to maximize revenue generation for our YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN).
• Feature Utilization: Strategically leveraging YouTube tools and features, including Shorts, the Community tab, playlists, Content ID, Lives, and more.
• Sales Planning: Formulating video-focused sales plans in close collaboration with the A&R team.
• Strategic Support: Providing end-to-end support to the video team regarding strategic frameworks for assigned priority projects.
• Industry Awareness: Staying up to date with the latest trends, innovations, and developments in the music streaming industry and YouTube ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Content, Operations, A&R) to ensure a cohesive strategy across all channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel management or related roles.
• English C1.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and understand the music streaming landscape and YouTube ecosystem.
• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Genuine passion for music paired with a deep understanding of YouTube and similar video streaming platforms.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose and execute strategic initiatives.
