Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive YouTube video optimization strategies utilizing SEO best practices, keyword research, and audience insights to enhance discoverability.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure videos are aligned with branding standards and optimized for platform algorithms.
• Conduct social listening and social media analytics to monitor trends, audience preferences, and media performance metrics that inform content adjustments.
• Utilize media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and media editing software to enhance visual appeal of thumbnails, overlays, and video assets.
• Manage social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, promote videos, and engage with viewers across Facebook Advertising campaigns and other channels.
• Monitor digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
• Engage in relationship management by coordinating with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify reach through strategic collaborations.
• Proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency while ensuring high-quality media editing standards are maintained for all video outputs.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a focus on YouTube content optimization or digital marketing roles involving video platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO techniques specific to YouTube including keyword research, tagging strategies, and metadata optimization.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging thumbnails and visual assets.
• Experience with social listening tools and social media analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance.
• Familiarity with media editing software for video editing purposes along with photography skills is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling through visual content creation and social media content marketing.
