We are looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and help grow the the YouTube channel The Way with Brian Davila

The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and producing high-quality videos. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and helping create engaging content that connects with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage using professional videography techniques, including lighting setup and camera operation, tailored for YouTube audiences.
• Edit raw footage into captivating videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid, ensuring seamless storytelling and visual appeal.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D to enhance video narratives.
• Manage audio quality through sound editing and mixing, applying color correction and grading techniques with Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, or DaVinci Resolve to achieve consistent visual aesthetics.
• Collaborate with content creators and team members to develop engaging storylines that align with brand messaging and audience interests.
• Maintain an organized media library using content management systems and FTP protocols for efficient workflow.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video storytelling, filming techniques, and editing tools to continuously improve content quality.

Skills

• Film high quality YouTube videos and other content
• Edit long form YouTube videos and short form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Work directly with Brian Davila to capture engaging and authentic content
• Assist with creative ideas, video concepts, and storytelling
• Add graphics, music, captions, and transitions to enhance videos
• Organize and manage video footage and completed projects
• Ensure videos are completed on schedule and maintain consistent quality
• Technical proficiency in media editing tools, content creation strategies, and content management systems.
• Strong communication skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in videography and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Strong understanding of lighting, audio, camera equipment, and video production
• Ability to create engaging content for YouTube and social media
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
