About the role

This role involves incoming inspection of electronic components and materials, data entry of inspection results, and provision of inspection reports to customers as needed. The position requires coordination with procurement and sales teams when inspection anomalies occur, maintenance of inspection equipment, and assistance with general testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute incoming inspection of electronic component materials
• Perform systematic data entry of inspection results
• Provide incoming inspection reports to customers and execute customer-specific inspection requirements as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with procurement and sales when inspection anomalies occur
• Maintain and service inspection equipment at this workstation
• Assist test technicians with general testing activities

About you

• 2+ years of experience in incoming inspection work in the electronic component distribution industry
• Basic proficiency with SAP systems, enterprise WeChat, DingTalk, Word, Excel, and label printers
• Knowledge of various electronic component incoming inspection methods
• Familiarity with CCD and caliper inspection tools
• Ability to identify risks and proactively report them to supervisors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Chinese and English reading, writing, and conversational ability
