What they need
- Manutenção do local: zelar pela limpeza e organização do ambiente, realizar reparos pequenos ou contratar profissionais para reparos maiores;
- Manutenção de equipamentos: cuidar de equipamentos como bombas, elevadores, caixas d'água, interfones e câmeras de segurança;
- Controle de estoque: controlar o estoque de produtos de limpeza e materiais, solicitando reposição quando necessário;
- Reporte ao síndico: reportar ao síndico quando as normas do condomínio forem descumpridas.
Pagamento: R$2.500,00 - R$2.600,00 por mês
