ATIVIDADES:
- Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e organização das áreas comuns.
- Acompanhar e fiscalizar serviços de manutenção predial.
- Realizar inspeções periódicas nas instalações.
- Apoiar moradores, visitantes e prestadores de serviços quando necessário.
- Controlar o uso e a conservação de equipamentos e materiais do condomínio.
- Reportar irregularidades e necessidades de manutenção à administração.
REQUISITOS:
- Ensino fundamental completo.
- Experiência na função será um diferencial.
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Organização, responsabilidade e proatividade.
Pagamento: R$3.023,00 por mês
