• In this role, you will be responsible to resolve Rider queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media.

• The candidate is expected to show high levels of empathy towards our hard working zeptons and go over and above to solve their queries.

• Candidates should have experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.

• Excellent knowledge of the regional languages and English.

• Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems.

• Ability to switch communication styles.

• You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.
