Hiring: Financial Analyst – Budgeting & US GAAP

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Shift Timings : 04:30pm - 01:30am

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with hands-on experience in End-to-End Budgeting, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), and US GAAP .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete budgeting cycle, from planning and preparation to execution and monitoring.

Develop and implement Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) processes.

Perform budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost optimization.

Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with US GAAP .

Support forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.

Track financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

3–6 years of relevant experience in end-to-end budgeting.

Hands-on experience in Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) .

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements .

Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting.
