Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Search Specialist (2–3+ years experience) to manage, optimize, and scale search campaigns across global markets (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.). You will work with an international team, leveraging AI technology and automation to accelerate client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Build, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple markets.

AI & Automation: Leverage AI features, automated bidding, and platform tools to improve campaign performance and streamline workflows.

Testing & Optimization: Execute A/B tests across ad copy, creative assets, targeting, and landing pages to boost Conversion Rates (CRO).

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS), analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

2–3+ years of hands-on paid search/Google Ads experience (agency or multi-market experience preferred).

Strong proficiency in Google Ads; familiar with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking principles.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to explore emerging marketing technologies (AI in search).

Excellent written and spoken English skills for a 100% remote environment.
