Zoho Administrator

Job Summary

Were looking for a Zoho Administrator to own the setup, configuration, and day-to-day management of our Zoho ecosystem. Youll make sure our teams across HR, finance, sales, and operations can run smoothly on Zoho, and youll keep improving how these tools work together.

Responsibilities

• Zoho One administration

  • Manage the Zoho One account: user provisioning and deprovisioning, roles, profiles, groups, and app access
  • Configure organization-wide settings, security policies, SSO, and two-factor authentication
  • Monitor license usage and recommend optimizations
  • Maintain integrations and data flow between Zoho apps

• Zoho People / HRMS

  • Configure leave policies, attendance rules, shifts, holidays, and approval workflows
  • Set up onboarding and offboarding checklists, employee forms, and the org structure
  • Manage payroll-related configuration and coordinate with HR and finance on statutory compliance
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, attendance, leave balances)

• Zoho Books / Finance

  • Configure the chart of accounts, taxes (GST/TDS), currencies, and invoicing templates
  • Set up bank feeds, reconciliation rules, and approval workflows for bills and expenses
  • Support month-end and year-end closing with accurate reporting
  • Manage Zoho Expense and Zoho Inventory setups where applicable

• Zoho CRM, Desk, and other apps

  • Customize modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, and lead-assignment rules in Zoho CRM
  • Configure Zoho Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Recruit, or Creator based on business needs
  • Build automations using workflows, Blueprints, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting

• Automation and integration

  • Design and maintain custom functions, webhooks, and API integrations (Deluge, REST APIs)
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Identify manual processes and convert them into automated workflows

• Support, training, and governance

  • Act as first point of contact for Zoho-related issues and resolve or escalate them promptly
  • Train employees and create user guides and SOPs
  • Ensure data quality, backups, audit trails, and access controls
  • Maintain documentation of all configurations and changes

  Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Hands-on experience administering Zoho One and at least two of: Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM

• Working knowledge of Deluge scripting, custom functions, and Zoho Flow

• Understanding of HR, accounting, and sales processes, including GST and payroll basics

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data import/export

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills

• Clear communication and the ability to train non-technical users

  Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, Books, or Zoho One)

• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Recruit

• Basic SQL, JavaScript, or REST API knowledge

• Experience with data migration from legacy systems (Tally, Excel, other ERPs or CRMs)

• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements

• Fewer manual processes and faster turnaround on approvals and reporting

• Users get quick resolution and feel confident using the tools

• Clean data and reliable dashboards for leadership decisions
