Job Summary

Zoho Application Developer - We are looking for a motivated Zoho Application Developer with 02 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on developing, maintaining, and improving Zoho applications and business workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Commerce, Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations, automation, and e commerce operations. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. Zoho Application Development Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using the Zoho platform.
• Work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Commerce, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications.
• Configure forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and application logic.
• Monitor existing applications and implement required improvements.

Zoho CRM Customization Development

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows.
• Develop CRM automations, blueprints, and business process rules.
• Build custom functions and integrations within Zoho CRM.
• Support CRM data management, migrations, and user access configuration.

Custom Development

• Develop custom applications, forms, portals, and workflows using Zoho Creator.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for business logic and automation.
• Convert business requirements into functional application features.
• Debug and improve existing scripts and workflows.

Zoho Commerce Operations

• Manage and update product listings, categories, pricing, and product information.
• Support e-commerce workflows including orders, payments, and customer-related processes.
• Assist with website updates and configuration in Zoho Commerce.
• Troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce operations.

Integrations APIs

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.

Troubleshooting Support

• Identify and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
• Handle development and support tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot workflow, script, integration, and data-related problems.
• Optimize applications for reliability and performance.

Data, Reports Analytics

• Create custom reports, dashboards, and business workflows.
• Work with application data and maintain proper data structures.
• Support teams by providing useful operational reports and analytics.
• Follow appropriate data security and access-control practices.

Requirements

• 02 years of experience in Zoho application development, customization, or related development work.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
• Understanding of Zoho Commerce and e-commerce workflows.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and webhooks.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of databases and basic relational database concepts.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new Zoho applications, tools, and technologies.
