Zoho Business Analyst/Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem to lead business process analysis, system implementation, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful Zoho solutions implementation and optimization aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Business Analysis: Conduct workshops to understand process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Business Analysis: Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow documentation.
• Business Analysis: Recommend automation and optimization solutions using Zoho applications.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor Zoho implementation projects.
• Project Management: Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams (developers, consultants, stakeholders).
• Project Management: Track risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely resolution.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Project Management: Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Lead implementation/configuration of Zoho CRM.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Lead implementation/configuration of Zoho Books.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Lead implementation/configuration of Zoho Creator.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Lead implementation/configuration of Zoho Projects.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Lead implementation/configuration of Zoho Desk.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Lead implementation/configuration of Zoho Analytics (preferred).
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Configure workflows, automation, blueprints, reports, and dashboards.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Coordinate integrations with third-party systems (API integrations).
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Conduct UAT sessions and manage user training.
• Zoho Implementation Optimization: Ensure data migration accuracy and system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem implementation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes, sales pipelines, finance workflows.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
