Zoho Developer

a Leading PPE distribution and VMI solutions company servicing mining and industrial clients across South Africa, is looking for a skilled and driven Zoho Developer to join our growing digital and systems team, supporting business automation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho applications (Creator, CRM, People, Books, Analytics, Desk, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
• Developing Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, and integrations
• Building custom forms, reports, dashboards, and business processes
• Integrating Zoho with third-party systems (APIs, accounting, HR, logistics, WMS, etc.)
• Supporting HR, Operations, Finance, and Sales systems
• Troubleshooting system issues and optimising existing solutions
• Documenting processes and providing user training
• Ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Software Development, or related field (advantageous)
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience working with Zoho platforms
• Proven experience with:
• Zoho Creator
• Deluge scripting
• Zoho CRM automation
• API integrations
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
