Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to design, develop, customise, and optimise Zoho applications to support business operations and improve workflow efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting, with the ability to develop custom functionalities, integrate third-party applications, and automate business processes.

This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and continuously improve the company's Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho Application Development: Develop, customise, configure, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and other relevant Zoho products.
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows, approval processes, notifications, and business rules to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
• Deluge Scripting: Write, test, debug, and maintain custom functions and scripts using Zoho Deluge to support business-specific requirements.
• API Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration tools.
• CRM Customisation: Configure custom modules, fields, layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards to support business processes.
• Zoho Creator Development: Build and maintain custom applications, forms, workflows, and database-driven solutions using Zoho Creator.
• Data Management: Handle data imports, migrations, synchronisation, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy across integrated systems.
• System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, integration errors, and workflow failures while maintaining system stability.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and performance tracking solutions to support business decision-making.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Gather technical requirements, document system configurations, conduct testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Zoho development, customisation, or a similar application development role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
• Proven experience building custom functions, workflows, automations, and business applications within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL or relational database concepts.
• Experience with CRM data structures, data migration, system configuration, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho applications is an advantage.
• Experience working with international clients or remote development teams is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho Developer or Zoho Creator certifications are an advantage.
• Experience implementing Zoho solutions from initial requirements gathering through deployment.
• Familiarity with Zoho One and integrating multiple Zoho applications within a single business environment.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms.
