JD for Zoho Functional Consultant below: Job Overview We are looking for a Zoho Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on implementation experience to lead the deployment, customization, and optimization of our Zoho ecosystem. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert who looks at a business problem and designs the functional solution blueprint using the optimal mix of Zoho One applications. You will own the system architecture from a functional standpoint, ensuring that module relationships, blueprints, automation rules, and third-party integrations perfectly align with enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture Module Design: Translate validated business processes into scalable functional specifications and system architectures within the Zoho One suite. Design complex, multi-department entity-relationship models (eg, how Zoho CRM data flows natively into Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Books). Architect data validation strategies, field layouts, and module hierarchies to prevent system fragmentation and maintain data integrity.
• Advanced Implementation Process Automation: Lead end-to-end implementation cycles, managing initial environment setup, domain mapping, user access controls, and security hierarchies. Configure advanced business logic using Zoho Blueprints to strictly enforce operational compliance (eg, sales pipelines, approval chains, escalation paths). Implement advanced automation scenarios using standard rules, schedules, webhooks, and Zoho Flow to bridge system gaps.
• Data Migration Systems Integration: Strategy, map, and execute data migration plans from legacy applications or ERP systems into Zoho platforms. Scope out functional requirements for custom API integrations and define payload structures for technical developers. Maintain global system settings, currency conversions, localized tax matrices (eg, GST/VAT configurations), and multi-org setups.
• Delivery Post-Go-Live Optimization: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, oversee functional testing phases, and log defects. Act as the functional product owner during go-live phases, troubleshooting complex data mismatches or process loops. Audit existing Zoho implementations to identify underutilized features, bottlenecks, or redundant workflows, and recommend technical optimization strategies.
