Zoho People Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable Zoho People Trainer to deliver practical, one-to-one training on HR management processes using Zoho People. The trainer should have hands-on experience with the platform and be able to explain its features through real-world examples and practical demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training on Zoho People and its core HR modules.

• Cover employee onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, timesheets, and HR workflows.

• Demonstrate performance management, employee self-service, and HR reporting.

• Explain system configuration, approvals, automation, and role-based access.

• Guide students through practical exercises and real-world HR scenarios.

• Resolve student queries and provide clear, accurate explanations.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Zoho People and its HR functionalities.

• Previous experience delivering one-to-one training in the relevant domain.

• Ability to demonstrate real-world HR processes using the platform.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• A practical, student-focused approach to training.
