Project Assignment & Core Objective

Successful candidates will join our joint delivery workstream to implement a comprehensive Customer, Service, and Commercial Management Platform within the Zoho Enterprise Cloud Ecosystem. You will work directly under our senior enterprise architects and project management office to support the intensive data migration, character validation, and workflow automation tracks for our enterprise international clients.

Primary Technical Responsibilities

Orchestrate isolated low-code database staging sandboxes natively inside Zoho Creator to parse, cleanse, and structure legacy records away from active production tables.

Configure and calibrate the Zoho Intelligent Ingestion Engine and Zia OCR Advanced platform to manage multi-parameter character mining from unstructured PDF contract variations, subsequent schedules, and historical billing arrays.

Deploy advanced data cleansing scripts, fuzzy-logic deduplication models, and string verification routines to standardize complex parent-subsidiary company relationships and merge regional profiles into single records.

Build conditional validation layers to track real-time statistical precision confidence scores from 0% to 100%, programmatically routing entries below a 90% floor threshold into dedicated human-in-the-loop layout queues.

Implement native field-level provenance mapping markers to bind migrated values directly back to their exact page coordinate locations within original unedited source documents.

Set up standard configuration properties, visual workflow blueprints, territory routing rules, and multi-tier SLA monitoring timers inside Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.

Required Professional Skillsets & Qualifications

Practical Technical Grounding: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience developing, customizing, and administrating multi-app Zoho ecosystems (specifically Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Books).

Data Engineering Proficiency: Strong command of structured data processing, including advanced SQL database queries, data schema design, Deluge middleware scripting, and Excel data manipulation models.

Unstructured Data Processing: Experience working alongside optical character recognition (OCR) environments, natural language parsing, string-matching models, or document classification engines.

Execution Rigor & Communication: High operational accuracy, excellent documentation habits, and fluent professional English communication skills to interact seamlessly with distributed regional delivery units.

Pay: Php48,000.00 - Php53,000.00 per month

Your configuration must automatically push records hitting an approved 90% threshold floor into a production staging layout, while instantly blocking and routing any row falling below 90% into a dedicated human-in-the-loop validation review layout.

• Relational Provenance Mapping & Document Linking (Zoho CRM / Desk Sync)

To secure absolute auditability for a financial or advisory client, every migrated database row must maintain a permanent metadata link back to its original source file without relying on an external, permanent data warehouse. Explain how you would configure Zoho Creator staging tables to record page-level and coordinate-level provenance markers, binding an extracted digital cell value directly to its exact coordinate position within a source contract PDF. Additionally, describe how you would use custom integration endpoints or Deluge lookups to ensure that after final manual validation is checked, the verified record is written to the production CRM registry while the unedited source PDF remains permanently attached straight to the core customer account view.
