Job Title: Zonal Academic Head

Job Location: 3 zones, one should cover 4-5 districts in kerala

Department: Academics

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Zonal Academic Head to manage academic operations, monitor training quality, and coordinate with branch heads and trainers to ensure smooth functioning across the assigned zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor academic activities across multiple branches.

• Supervise trainers, faculty members, and academic coordinators.

• Ensure quality teaching, curriculum implementation, and timely syllabus completion.

• Monitor student performance, attendance, and feedback.

• Conduct regular branch visits and academic reviews.

• Coordinate with management to achieve academic goals.

• Organize faculty training and development programs.

• Prepare academic reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, B.Ed or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• K-TET, C-TET, SET, NET any one of these.

• Experience in academic management, education, or training operations.

• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate with different teams.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, or multi-branch academic operations are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
