Zonal Credit Manager – Supply Chain Finance

We are seeking a senior credit professional to lead credit underwriting, risk management, and portfolio monitoring for our Supply Chain Finance business.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve credit proposals within delegated authority.
• Assess customer financials, business risks, and repayment capacity.
• Develop credit policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, loan exposures, and early warning indicators.
• Coordinate with sales, collections, legal, compliance, and audit teams.
• Review MIS reports, portfolio performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Improve credit processes and approval turnaround time.
• Lead and mentor the credit team.

Requirements

• 10-13 years of experience in credit and risk management in Banks/NBFCs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• CA Qualified.
• Strong experience in retail lending, underwriting, and credit approvals.
• Exposure to lending for self-employed customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
