- Drive Volume of Business in the assigned Zone
- Identify potential leaders in the zone and responsible for ensuring growth in their respective
- Territory implementation of the field system by the leaders
- To support Associate Buyers & leaders for achieving their sales targets and ensure that the infrastructure to make it happen is in place
- To Train and support Depots/WW/WWQ/PUC to achieving their sales targets in the territory
- To verify required compliances are fulfilled by Depots/stores
