Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in retail operations or management consulting.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategy development.
• Strong understanding of PNL management, revenue management, and process excellence principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams.
