Job Description

• Lead the LAP business for West
• Drive sales team of about 40 professionals
• Reporting to the National Sales Head
• Drive sales and achieve targets for the Western region.

The Successful Applicant We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 15+ years of sales in NBFCs & Banks driving mortgage or LAP business.
• Last 5 years in LAP business covering Prime LAP in NBFC is a must.
• Should have managed AUM of atleast 60 to 100 cr per month.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• To drive DSA and sales team to achieve the targets.

What's on Offer
