Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement effective HR strategies across multiple states.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state-level leaders and local HR teams.
• Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Analyze and resolve complex HR issues, providing solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
• Identify and develop plans for talent acquisition and development programs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple states and stakeholders within an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with leading BFSI companies is preferred.
